Multi-Use Single Head
From sub-microns to meters, you can do the job using a single ConoProbe head by changing the objective lens. So instead of buying several complete instruments, you need to purchase only one ConoProbe head with a variety of lenses.
Dynamic Range
The ConoProbe head maintains high precision and repeatability over a wide working range. In most cases, the precision and repeatability is better than 1/8000th of the working range, in contrast to 1/1000th as with most other systems.

Grazing Incidence Measurement
The ConoProbe head is able to measure at angles very close to grazing incidence. The Forbidden Zone extends only 5 degrees from normal incidence from all directions, giving ConoProbe a significant advantage over other measurement systems.
Bore Holes and Hard-to-Measure Geometries This is where the ConoProbe excels and other non-contact measurement technologies fail. The ConoProbe combines co-linearity with bending/relay optics to measure deep, narrow grooves and holes.
Precision and Repeatability
The ConoProbe maintains high precision and repeatability over a wide working range. In most cases, the repeatability is better than 1/8000th of the working range, and the precision is better than 1/2000th.
