Place your part on the FineScan™ stage and seconds later a highly detailed image of the entire part is generated with our patent pending linear array camera. Working like a copy machine, the FineScan™ builds a perfectly registered image of your part line by line.

Our advanced image processing software utilizes pattern recognition to find the various features within the image that require inspection. For parts that have repetitive features programming is a breeze. Teach the system the inspection routine for one location and the system will automatically go and find every occurrence of that feature and make the appropriate inspection.

For precision measurement, our Measure Master metrology package provides all the features needed to create datum reference frames, use true position tolerances, find straightness, circularity, TIR, etc. All our software is Windows NT based and can be customized to meet most requirements.

The FineScan™ software is unique in its ability to define features as patterns and search for them within the image. Measurement and defect analysis tools can be attached to these patterns for full inspection routines. CAD drawings can be used to generate programs.

Our dimensional metrology suite provides full geometric tolerance functions such as max material condition tolerances, straightness, circularity, etc. A series of scans can be made on one part at a variety of depths to accommodate large changes in height of part features. Also, a laser can be incorporated into the system to measure heights.
